For commercial cleaning companies

Know which buildings need a cleaner before your competitors do.

Every week we send you a short list of new facilities, tenant move-ins, and public cleaning bids in your metro — with who to call and why it matters. No scraping lists of every business in town. Just signals worth a phone call.

How it works

Plain process. No software to learn.

01

We watch the signals

Building permits, certificates of occupancy, commercial lease news, and city, county, school, and state cleaning bids across your metro.

02

We filter and verify

We drop the noise (homes, tiny remodels, out-of-area jobs) and add square footage, facility type, timing, and a contact when we can find one.

03

You get one weekly email

Monday morning digest plus a CSV. Call, walk in, or bid. You keep every lead, and you can cancel any time.

What a week looks like

Each row is a reason to reach out this week, not just a business name.

Questions

Where do the leads come from?

Public records and public notices: building permits, certificates of occupancy, public procurement portals, and business/lease news. We organize it so you don't have to check a dozen sites.

Is this exclusive?

No. Starter is a shared list for your metro. We say that up front so you can decide if it's worth it. What you do with the lead is what sets you apart.

How many leads per week?

It depends on the metro and the week. In Tulsa, expect a handful to a couple dozen useful signals. We'd rather send 8 good ones than 80 you'll ignore.

Can I try it first?

Yes. Email us and we'll send a free Tulsa sample week. No card needed.

How do I cancel?
